Sam Wellman, a Midwest native born and raised, brings a unique blend of communication expertise and a dedication to member service to the credit union landscape. A 2014 graduate of Northern Illinois University with a bachelor's degree in media communications and a minor in Russian, Sam embarked on his journey in the credit union world in 2018.

Beyond the financial realm, Sam indulges his passion for linguistics in his free time by keeping his Russian sharp and exploring languages such as Turkish and High Valyrian. When not immersed in linguistic pursuits, he can be found exploring Portland, hunting for the next great happy hour.
