Washington Credit Union Day at the Capitol

Please plan to join us as we share with lawmakers the vital and unique message of credit unions, along with data showcasing the important role they play in their communities at Washington Credit Union Day at the Capitol. This engagement opportunity helps them understand and appreciate the significant impact our movement is making in the state of Washington.

Join the effort to support our advocacy agenda, both to protect and advance the operating environment for credit unions in Washington. This is your opportunity to get involved and bring credit union team members from across your organization to share the incredible work credit unions are doing throughout the state, and most importantly, share it with your elected leaders at the Capitol.

With turnover and competing priorities in state legislatures across the GoWest region, educating lawmakers on credit unions’ distinct structure, value, and impact is critically important.

We want to see hundreds of credit union professionals gather in Olympia with your GoWest Credit Union Association team, conduct advocacy training, and share your credit union story with your local state legislators!  It’s also our chance to share with them credit union legislative priorities and highlight the impact of credit unions in the communities they serve.

Our collective advocacy priority will be to showcase the unique voice and impact of Washington credit unions in the state, while increasing our connection and relationships with our elected leaders at the Washington Capitol.

Note: when you register, you will be asked to provide your home  address. This important step will help us ensure we have accurate district representation.
