Brady is a lifelong Oregonian, and received his Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from Oregon State University. He's worked for Central Willamette Credit Union (CWCU) since 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Lending, overseeing underwriting, indirect/direct lending and centralized lending services.

In addition to his role at CWCU, Brady serves on the NWCUA Advocacy Sub-Committee, and is the Campaign Coordinator for his credit union's United Way partnership. He is passionate about activating the resources within the credit union movement to build better lives throughout the state of Oregon. He lives in Lebanon with his wife and two daughters, and in his free time he loves to play, make and teach music.
