Ashlee Jacobson Dunbar

A born and raised Oregonian, Ashlee has a big love for all things Oregon and the credit union movement. Ashlee first entered the credit union world in 2014, where she’s held multiple roles in her nearly 10 years of experience. Her roles have included Administrative Assistant, Marketing Specialist, Marketing & Community Relations Specialist, and Community Relations Specialist, a role which expanded her work in the community development field. She joined Unitus Community Credit Union in February 2020, moving from her role at SELCO Community Credit Union in Eugene to take on her current role as Community Development Specialist.

Ashlee is passionate about promoting and practicing the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” through strategic partnerships, community development, and nonprofit work. The key focus in her job is to cultivate strong collaborative relationships with community partners, bridge inequality gaps in underserved communities, and project plan to create lasting, meaningful change in our community. Ashlee holds a Bachelor’s Degree from University of Oregon in English and Creative Writing.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading new books with her book club WWRAD, exploring the outdoors, taking on new craft projects, and spending quality time with her husband, loved ones, and cat Zoey.
